For example, if the primary account name you selected during the set-up process is “jdoe” and the email alias you selected is “jdoe”, your email address would be: jdoe@jdoe.comtekmail.com.

How do I set-up the additional email addresses provided with my service package?
Net Start and Net Express customers can use the goCOMTek Hosting Tool to set up the email alias’ for their additional email accounts. While the email alias’ for the additional email accounts should be different for each account, the address to the right of the @ sign will remain the same for all five email accounts. For example:

Yes, you can use any standard email software -- such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Netscape -- to check your email. You will need to configure your email client with our server information.
The mail server information for POP3 and SMTP is pop.comtekmail.com and smtp.comtekmail.com. For example, if the primary account name you selected during the set-up process is “jdoe” your mail server addresses would be jdoe@comtekmail.com
