Payment Questions

You can make credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You will not receive a paper invoice.

You have a choice of paying for your service on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Our automated billing system will credit/debit your account on or about the 20th of each month or quarter, depending on the payment option you have selected.

Credits and Cancellations

If at any time you experience service problems of any kind, please contact our customer service team at 703-365-8211 and they will be happy to address your concerns. COMTek will extend account credit on a case-by-case basis.

Please be advised that all cancellations will be effective at the end of the current month. We do not issue pro rated credit for mid-month cancellations.
